BIS G11 and 12 Teacher Portal

This site is the central portal for teachers of Grades 11 and 12 at Bandung Independent School.

Please bookmark this site and refer to it on a regular basis as your handbook for teaching, assessment and curriculum in Grades 11 and 12.
The portal for Students can be found here, and will include all the EE information.

Efssential Understanding For All Teachers:

1. Your subject guide
2. The Handbook of Procedures section for your subject
3. The examiners’ reports for your subject, each session (May and November)
4. Teachers’ Support Material (for IA assistance)

Internal Documents (read and understand fully):

Periodically: 
1. Coordinators’ notes (IB News), released by the IBDPCo and can be found on the        OCC and linked in the next column.
2. OCC Forum for your own subject area
3. IB World Magazine, quarterly in the staff room, front desk area or online.Weekly:
1. BIS Berita
2. Emails from the Deputy Secondary Principal (DSP)
It is the professional responsibility of teachers to use the correct subject guides and forms and to keep up to date on curriculum documentation and instructions from the IBDPCo. and provided resources.

Professional Development: 

  • Priority for PD will go to those who have new IBDP Syllabus updates, new BIS teachers, those who have not had PD for 3-5 years, IB Regional Conferences, then to all other requests by teachers.
